Sometimes, the right support begins with someone recognizing that help is needed. If you know a child or young person who may benefit from our programs, you can make a referral through one of the options below.
01 | Parent/Guardian Referral
Do you want to refer your child to one of our programs?
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may benefit from support, mentorship, wellness education, or personal development opportunities, you can complete our Parent/Guardian Referral Form.
02 | Professional/Agency Referral
Are you a professional or agency referring a child or young person?
Schools, community organizations, social service providers, healthcare professionals, and other organizations may use our Professional/Agency Referral Form to connect an individual or family with our programs and available support.
